About the Bible

We believe the entire Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit of God to write the very words of Scripture. It has God for its author, salvation for its end, and truth, without any mixture of error, for its matter. All Scripture is totally true and trustworthy.

2 Timomthy 3:16-17
"All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work."
About God

We believe in the one true and living God, who exists in three distinct persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each person of the Trinity is fully and completely God, with distinct attributes, but without division of nature, essence, or being. God is all powerful and all knowing; and His perfect knowledge extends to all things, past, present, and future.

1st Timothy 1:17
To the King of the ages, imortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
About Man

We believe that man was created in the image of God to have a relationship with Him. Man was alienated with God through sinful disobedience. As a result of sin, man is incapable of mending the relationship with God, through his own effort.

Colossians 1:21-22
And you, who once were alienated and hostile in mind, doing evil deeds, he has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before him,
About Salvation

We believe that salvation is the greatest need of all people. Salvation is only possible through the shed blood of Jesus Christ that He willingly offered as the only perfect sacrifice and substitutionary atonement for sin. Salvation is freely offered to all but is only received when one surrenders their life to Christ through repentance and faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus as the only sufficient payment for sin.

Romans 5:8-10
But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since, therefore, we have now been justified by his blood, much more shall we be saved by him from the wrath of God. For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.
About the Church

We Believe that the church is the Body of Christ, of which Christ is the head. The members of the church are redeemed, baptized believers, who have placed their faith and trust in the finishing work of Christ. The members are associated by covenant in the faith and fellowship of the gospel.

1st Corinthians 12:12
For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.
About Evangelism and Missions

We believe that it is the responsibility and privilege of all believers to make disciples of all nations. The church is meant to be the visible body of Christ, sent out to procliam the Gospel.

Matthew 28:18-20
And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[b] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
